Terms & Conditions

Fees

All prices for services are based on the prices indicated on the online booking website and the Chatswood website.

- An additional $20 long charge will be applied for menus that use chemicals for medium-length and long-length hair. (Click here for information on long-length charges).

Companion

- Please refrain from bringing your children or companion who does not need support, as there is not enough space for them to stay.

Late arrival
- If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment time, your booking priority may change or may be cancelled on the day or to be rescheduled.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

- Cancellations and rescheduling can be made up to 24 hours prior to the booking time.

- You will receive a reminder two days before your appointment.

- Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being rejected.

Hair redoes

- An unsatisfactory result will be fixed by the hairdresser who performed the services.

- The notice must be given by call or email within 10 days from the day you visited us.

- If you would prefer another person in charge please let us know.

 

Refunds

- No refund will be given due to your incorrect choice of menu.

- No refund will be given due to an unexpected result. (Free fix will be applied to meet your satisfaction.)

 

Return of products

- In principle, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, so please check with your stylist and make your own decision before purchasing. (Please note that we cannot accept returns if the box or container is damaged, even if it has not been opened.)

- If the product you have purchased has a faulty or defective part, we will replace it with a new one. However, items that have been accidentally damaged during use are not accepted.
